Grenache, cinsault, Syrah I was drinking red but opened this to cool down the seared tuna I made with crusted peppercorns. Paired nicely. Crisp, dry, refreshing. Enjoyed. A big and structured wine. Aromas of cherries, roasted coffee and fresh herbs. Broad-shouldered and chewy, with good mid-palate depth and firm tannins - plenty of length and grip on the finish. The wine seems nicely balanced, and should age very well. — 10 years ago
