Nicolas Joly that many years back was stopped a career in finance, has been enhancing the image of Loire and Chenin based wines - undoubtedly La Coulée de Serrant produces some of the best wine in the world - today again a lovely wine lingering flavors and appealing acidity - note that his wines prefer to be in a real wine cellar (no electric) to rest and mature, they will age better and last longer 😋 better carafe a while before serving also the wine needs to breath — 10 years ago
