From the Wine Society: Deliciously fruity and full-bodied red from the best-known appellation in the Languedoc. The producer is Pierre Bories from in-form Ollieux-Romanis. 2015 was an outstanding vintage throughout southern France. — 8 years ago

Recommended by the wine guy at the public wine place on Whitherspoon pretty good one not especially fruity Glyna thought it was light I thought it had leathery taste enjoyably so — 13 years ago

Tres goutu et fruité, pas aussi acide que les rosé habituels, bien équilibré. Très bon. — 8 years ago

One of those natural, unique, complex and beautiful wines coming from Languedoc. Wow! — 10 years ago
Loved this! Ben had this at dinner at Hotel Bories. I liked it more than he did 🙃 Super interesting nose, drinkable for a Syrah — 7 years ago
CVed 8/28/17 3 Pinot comp. Chorey 2003 2001 and Jura. '01 with floral and Forest notes classic red Burg medium body and finish that's a bit on the light and elegant side. '03 seemed closed off Leila says has fish scale notes that to me is dustiness and mushroom and there's more heat and energy. Would split the difference between two. Opened this 2001 9/13/17. It's very tasty. It's maybe best not to get too focused on comp and just drink and enjoy! Went well with the slowed cooked beef in soup. — 8 years ago

Oak. 30 minutes, it started waking up. Matured. 2 hours, aroma changed into oily and sweet. @3686, Raku - JH, 190119-190208 — 7 years ago
