I am really digging the wines John and Kym Davey are producing. Sustainability is their focus, from a 350 acre estate purchased by their grandfather in 1959. They show immense value and showcase their terrior in every layer. Velvet textured, and richly flavored full bodied wine - blackberry jam, charred meat, melted dark chocolate, vanilla bean, and cracked peppercorn mix are the star flavors of the show.
