This 3-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain, is drinking very nicely now, although still very young. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

Well balanced with a great mouthfeel. Rich, but restrained.

Good right out of the bottle, but so so much better after 3 hours of airtime.

I had the 2018 vintage 2 years ago and it is very consistent.

Will pair nicely with a big piece of steak, but good by itself too.

A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. A small production of only 11 barrels.

Medium finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.

This young Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast is drinking nicely already. Fruit forward and easy drinking. Light and approachable.

This Single Vineyard is showing mild complexity with a nice mouthfeel.

After after an hour of airtime, it gets earthier, with some bitter herb notes. Would be nice to revisit it in 2 years.

Good right out of the bottle and good with food. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

A very small production of only 5 barrels.

Medium plus in body and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, cedar, coffee, vanilla, spices, cola, licorice, mint, black pepper, bitter herbs, vegetables and earth.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins, cranberries and peppercorn.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is starting to drink nicely now, although it needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.

Showing nice complexity, elegant and spicy, with lots of earth notes.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime.

Smooth, elegant and tangy. Feels like a young Bordeaux, and will age nicely in the next 10 years.

Good by itself or with food. Will pair nicely with BBQ Meats. I paired it with a Brie cheese and crackers.

Full-bodied and bold, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked strawberries, spices, earth, chocolates, cedar, leather, vanilla, licorice, tobacco leaf, dark coffee and black pepper.

Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a young Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Already drinking very nicely, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

Showing nice complexity, especially on the nose, and a great mouthfeel. Nicely balanced with a tangy finish.

Showing lots of earth notes that I wasn't expecting. Made it more interesting. Will be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

Strong fruity nose of lemons, citrus, melons, tropical fruits, metals and light herbs.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, lemons, green and red apples, spices, earth and white pepper.

Tangy finish with bitter herbs and limes.

This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Russian River Valley.

A good quality wine, easy drinking and crisp with nice complexity.

This Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a nice sipping wine. Great by the porch or pool.

I paired it with a grilled red snapper. Would pair nicely with oysters too.

A tiny production of only 57 cases made.

This is a young Pinot Noir from Sonoma County. Spicy and tangy with a beautiful color.

Light to medium in body with medium acidity.

Showing bing cherries, red currants, raspberries, oak, light vanilla, spices, light chocolates and black pepper.

This Single Vineyard is good right out of the bottle and better with some air time. After 30 minutes, soft tannins show up and bring more structure to the game.

I had it before and this time I gave it a light chill and it paired beautifully with the brie cheese with wild mushrooms.

A very small production of only 5 barrels.
