This is a young Pinot Noir from Sonoma County. Spicy and tangy with a beautiful color.
Light to medium in body with medium acidity.

This Single Vineyard is good right out of the bottle and better with some air time. After 30 minutes, soft tannins show up and bring more structure to the game.
I had it before and this time I gave it a light chill and it paired beautifully with the brie cheese with wild mushrooms.
