Sommelier said this was 60% Refosco grapes that underwent appassimento process (a la Amarone), mixed with 20% cab Franc and 20% Cab Sauvignon not undergoing appassimento. Not sure what the logic was but it's a good wine with lamb chops. — 9 years ago
