😂😂😂 this was popped with no expectations, next to the sink so we could quickly pour it down the drain. the wine ended up being beautiful! The fruit is all secondary of course, bust still tons of dried tart cherry and forest floor. It is refreshing and zero signs of oxidation. Not sure if there is truth to this, but I was told that it had belonged to R Welland. — 8 years ago

Fuck. I can't stop drinking this. This wine bar across from my kitchen is draining my wallet on getting in bed with this girl. Pure relaxation, so silky, so balanced...the minerals, the cherries, the mysteries of every sip. Open for 10 minutes, open for 2 hours, doesn't matter, she's tight, she's loose, she's so gorgeous and quiet. Fuck. I gotta get out of here. — 11 years ago

Enjoyed this wine after a thorough all-roommates-hands-in kitchen clean up. It tasted a bit too intense and grassy (?) at first but the more sips I took the more it grew on me. High smiley face but not quite an ecstatic face. — 12 years ago
Nice table wine — 13 years ago
Mythical, mysterious, magic. This started with nuts and mushrooms, only pithy lemon for fruit. After it opened up for 30 minutes it really came to life! Pitted fruits, bright and very much alive. It was a pleasure at the table, really extenuating all the flavors from the kitchen. #onlygreatbottles

Amazed by the price, and blown away by the flavor profiles this everyday white brings to the dinner table.#newfavoritechickencutletwine! — 12 years ago
I get cumin on the nose, but maybe that's the roast in cooking in the kitchen coming in to play. Warm integrated tannins with strong but not over powering oak. Wonderful black fruit on the round finish. — 13 years ago

Formaggio Kitchen 2017 Fall tasting. Bought 3 bottles for 23.99. I think it’s cheaper at Eataly. Finally drank last one in 2019. This was one of my first Nero D’Avola’s. I think this one led to Gulfi.
