Kirin Hizo Shu Shizuku. This sake is a rare find. Aged for 5 years in a low temperature to add complexity and using the natural gravity flow method, the sake is complex and rich yet has a dry smooth finish. Hands down one of the best dry sake in the market. — 11 years ago
