Mineralogy, peaches, with an overall tropical mouthful. Mouthful has an exciting jazz factor. [2 barrels blended into the stainless steel tank] acidity shows through and finish is rounded by the oak. Screw cap made it's way into Chile! — 8 years ago

Great stuff, serious and pure cider with tannic structure, clarity, and acidity mirroring that of quality wine. Totally dry, great with a soft, stinky, washed rind cheese. — 9 years ago

Creamy but not buttery, smooth and slightly sweet, with pear and peach flavors, this wine paired nicely with spicy Jamaican cuisine (Kingston 11 in Oakland mon!) — 10 years ago

Time and place have a huge effect on one's wine tasting experience. Cracking this bottle and drinking it while watching the Hip's Kingston concert (8-20-16), I felt like I was properly toasting a band that has meant a lot to me and so many other fans. For that, I'm giving this wine the biggest rating. — 8 years ago
