Well balanced. Apricots. Wonderful stuff. — 6 years ago
Funky town! If you smelled this blind, you might think you were about to imbibe a tiki drink. Its appearance is murky and dark amber. In the glass, I taste mai tai, baker’s yeast and grapefruit acidity. Definitely worth trying! Can’t wait to pour this for @Paul Mabray — 7 years ago
Nice orange wine. — 10 years ago
By the glass with lunch, no formal notes. First time ever trying Khikhvi and I can imagine this is how wine was made 1000 years ago. Obviously extended skin contact with a copper salmon color. Funky fresh nose and complex on the palate with all sorts of interesting fruit and non-fruit things going on. Acid and tannin providing good structure. Certainly a change of pace and quite enjoyable actually. — 5 years ago
Best skin-contact Georgian orange I’ve had (available from the local wine shop). Funkier than Dilao. Excellent everyday natural wine.
Had this the day Ari got her haircut. Soundtrack: Incubus, Deftones, Smashing Pumpkins. — 8 years ago
Bold orange flavor. Decant a ton. — 9 years ago
Insanely weird and wonderful. Almost white port like notes. Sweet fruit and heavy viscous mouth feel . — 6 years ago

Really perfumed nose of rose, candied orange peels. sage. Very high tannins. Oxidized. Orange brown color — 10 years ago
er
Very good light orange, has the right note of funky on open for a natural ferment, light tannin, less than many qvevri wines. Khikhvi grape. Not sweet, of course, but not super dry/fruity either. Will repeat. — 4 years ago
