One of two Turkish wines that were chosen by world renowned sommelier of Fat Duck to the restaurant's wine menu. I found it very balanced, a little dry on the palate but with great depth with distant floral tones. Very good choice. The other Turkish wine on Fat Duck's wine menu is Kayra Imperial. Check that out ;) — 11 years ago

This is one of the higher end wines from Izmir. Surprisingly well built, this beauty has plenty of dark berry fruit balanced nicely by tannins and a good streak of acid. — 13 years ago

Tasty Turkish wine. Close to a Gamey or lighter Pinot Noir. Great fruit and structure. Brought to us from the UK by a Harvest 2013 intern who came to visit. Hard to get here but if you find it, it's worth the $17. — 11 years ago

Nice red core fruit, and round tannins, needs more time. — 11 years ago
