Took hours to really open, which was a shame because we had it in a restaurant. It was light and fruity with some notes of rosemary, pine and pencil shavings. Strong acidity made it an amazing red to have with the seafood fare we were eating. The first sip was completely closed, but my last (2.5 hours later) was incredible. — a month ago
