Aroma starts to open it up after 30 min opening. Intense aromas of Tabacco, grilled mandarine orange, red tea bag. Very complex on the nose. Med p body, med acid, moderate tannin with hint of spice, structured and masculin wine that can go well with grilled thin steak-(simply cooked with olive oil and rosemary). Drunk with venison salumi from alto adige. — 8 years ago
