The 2013 Bodega Classica Lopez de Haro Reserva is medium dark in the glass. The nose is aromatic with violets, cigars, ripe plums and earth. On the palate, we find big, dark fruit, oak spice and a meaty black olive note. Tannins are firm and the acidity is lively, so it's great to sip as well as have it with some steak. — 8 years ago

Lätt men fullt, liten aning pepprighet i eftersmaken. Riktigt gott! — 10 years ago
Damn Daniel, back at it with the Señor de Lesmos 2010 Crianza! Paired with pan seared redfish and risotto, which was a mistake since I had albariño in the fridge! Still very enjoyable. — 10 years ago
Nice. Good body. A little acidic

This really is Callia Alta Malbec. Smooth and fruity. — 9 years ago
Latte, loamy tilled earth fill the nose. Steadily builds from soft velvety tannins to a full focused mouthfeel offering a intriguing mix of plum, bourbon soaked cherry, and jam. Tannins and acidity are very much alive, finishes strong with a smoked olive hint. Love the story behind Realm, as a Veteran, to see two other Veterans work so passionately to achieve great success is simply awesome! @Juan Mercado — 10 years ago

Earthy, rusty, medium body, high tannins, old world-y — 8 years ago
A Monastrell from Jumilla which I always enjoy. 18 months in oak. Very hot and dry aromas in the nose, sour red fruits, Black Forest berries, handful of nuts, jam. Very nice acidity and tannins, could still wait couple of years and age beautifully — 8 years ago

Outstanding, @Fishtag — 10 years ago
$20 for this $40 wine is a joke! I feel like I'm stealing. It feels so wrong but tastes so right. Pair with a gamey bolognese and buckle up. I recommend decanting or aerating. Can age 5 more years no sweat. — 10 years ago
