Pretty fun wine, done right and a great value. — 9 years ago
Very light, not overly sweet, tastes of melon. — 9 years ago
This is a very great wine to share with a nice fire, some ski socks, long johns and a movie. I chose to watch "Taken 3" while I drank it. Great flick. Anyhoo, my good friend, Ali from Pakistan gave me several bottles as a wedding gift (he's a tech wizard from the Bay Area who does Crossfit). I am hoping he visits me soon so I can enjoy it with another human being. All in all, a very fine wine! — 10 years ago
Very sweet! — 11 years ago
Dark ruby red, almost black at its center. The nose is bold and alluring with aromas of cherry, prune, vanilla, cinnamon, brand new cedar chest, and the occasional flick of black table pepper right to the back of the nostrils. Medium bodied with solid structure but still smooth and lush. Flavors of blackberries, plums, mint and pencil lead. It finishes with plums, mint, and some big tannin. — 9 years ago

Volcanic unfiltered milky warm nights in a bottle. A cloudy ripe look in the glass and a saturated feel in the mouth, it gets more acidic in the nose and pungent in the jowls as it sweats. A server in Bones restaurant Paris pointed out that this was one of their wines that some people liked and many people felt ass too much like rubbing alcohol on the nose. Seeing as how that's my favorite wine and the Sardignia label was my immediate go to, my thought that's it's much more like a luscious milky grape juice for the mouth, childlike and happy rather than the dominant acid I generally like, should be considered next to the expert's thoughts that it was a dominantly sharp flick in the nostrils. This is your warm, dirty Paris night of your younger travels--no filters, a slight sunburn through the nigori haze, and a lot of laughter. A memorable serve. — 10 years ago

Delicious! Soft and fruity but not sickeningly sweet. Bright flavor - can't wait to have it with my chicken curry! — 9 years ago
Wow...very fresh on the palate with a bit of peach — 10 years ago

Smelled like a blueberry filled swimming pool complete with chlorine initially, but after an hour of splashing around, notes of mint, black currant, licorice and cedar emerged. Black currant continued through the palate, with a blueberry-grape bubblegum dip-n-stix flavor amidst a toasty oak and tobacco with cinnamon. Basically a hearty but smooth, round-tannin romp in the concrete pond! Put on your purple polka dot monokini, because this sultry little vixen is right out of a Russ Meyer's flick, and she can still beat you to death with her ample fruits! You know you want it! — 11 years ago

Yup that's poor Flick with his tongue stuck to the flag pole in a Christmas Story. Perhaps, the best Christmas movie 🎥 🌲 🎅. Another family tradition since it came out. As for the Muga rose, beautiful strawberries, cherries, watermelon, touch of tangerine, nice grainy chalkiness, good presence minerals but not overdone, really nice acidity and round, fresh, ripe, full, polished finish. Don't pull a Flick, it'll ruin your wine palate. — 9 years ago
