Smooth, dry, great with yakitori — 11 years ago
Tasty tropical fruits. I'm really not sure how these Japanese folks do this with polished rice but I keep finding the more intensely polished rice sake to be exploding with tropicality. This is no exception. Decadent, zippy, and light at the same time. Easy on its own. No need for food. I love that. — 11 years ago

Tokubetsu Honjozo from Niigata. SMV +3. Rounder fruit flavors of pear, melon, some type if imaginary cream apple, with a fairly creamy midpalate and a bit of rustic earthiness on the finish. Good autumn or winter sake. — 9 years ago

This is the wrong sake. Delectible not allowing correction....Single tank sake and no charcoal filter. Big bold and full bodied and a hint peppery. — 8 years ago
