Possibly my value wine of the year, the Chave Selection Mon Coeur displays a dark, deep and intriguing bouquet of black fruit, olive, savory herbs, dark earth, minerals abd floral tones. On the palate, I found silky medium-weight textures with a savory mix of blackberry, cherry sauce, char, herbs, minerals and violet florals. The finish was fresh as black fruits gave way to lingering minerality and inner floral tones--wow! — 8 years ago
