This is a beautiful cab that still has plenty of time to come into its own. But very approachable now....best to decant for a while before drinking. — 8 years ago
Oscar wine! — 8 years ago
Nutty and warm bread notes on first wiff, baked apple and pear follow nicely. Rich round mouthfeel gives a touch of lively medium acidity and ties the mirroring nose and palate together with a warm vanilla finish that lingers seductively like perfume in a room moments after a lady departs. JCB Red Room Rose Bubbles 2010 from North Coast. 56% Pinot and 44% Chardonnay. Very refreshing — 10 years ago
Again the JCB collection was impressive. This Mazis was no exception. Surprised by how well it drinks right now. Deep garnet almost black in color. Finesse and focus on the palate. Deep black cherry, root beer and figs. Slight herb and mushroom on the finish. — 6 years ago
My new fav Pinot Noir! Aromas of blueberry, plum, cinnamon, cherrywood and a touch of maple. — 7 years ago
Great way to kick off a week in Boston and cape — 8 years ago
I think I like this one better than the 69! Plus a great value for sparkling! — 8 years ago
Just sick but we hard to resort ourselves to the the more affordable Hospices vintages. And JCB is so monopolistic! — 10 years ago

Not sure why the description lists British Columbia as this is from France. None the less, another great sparkling from Jean-Charles Boisset! A great everyday drinker! — 8 years ago

2013 vintage. Generations Cabernet Sauvignon . This impressive effort shows how the flamboyant Jean-Charles Boisset continues to push this estate to higher quality. Intense, full-bodied, well-balanced and profound. Long aftertaste with a hint of licorice. — 8 years ago
2012, loving the oak integration — 10 years ago

Chris Zitzman

It’s maturity has softened it in a number of lovely ways. Like a conversation that’s a cinch to fall for- bright and alive but with just a bit of the depth that makes the finish stick around. — 6 years ago
