Four vineyards and absolute zero sulphur adds. Makes you wanna dive in head first; red fruits to the fore, slight balsamic, floral, pepper and earth. The palate is so textural, awesome phenolics and lovely acid balance too. — 9 years ago

Jauma Why Try So Hard skin fermented gewurz. Reminds me of mixing vodka and tropical fruit juice at parties in college... In the best sense possible. — 8 years ago
Absolutely delicious 2015 Wines. Jauma pushing things forward with thoughtful, careful and effective (lack of) winemaking. Sulphur dioxide reduced and eliminated in some wines. Retaining stability is the hard part, with the reward being a difficult-to-describe feeling of life in the wines. First and foremost, is, as always, pristine purity of fruit. — 9 years ago
Showing the fragrant, gentle side of Grenache. Vibrant, pure-fruited and lipsmackingly delicious. Perfect example of the evolution/revolution in winemaking approach in Australia. — 9 years ago
Nice little white. A touch of tannic grip, a touch of fizz. Nectarines and lemons. Buckets of acid. It has me screaming for seafood! — 9 years ago
