Funky and tart! Apple cider vinegar — 7 years ago
Some feral animal barnyard notes but on the palate energetic and flavoursome. Palate showing plum and earthy minerality is fluid and supple. Made with no added sulphites. I usually drink these natural wines sooner rather than later but this has the stuffing to cellar up to 10 years. — 7 years ago
Oak on the nose, herbal, nectarine skin. Taste is mineralic, dry, mellow. Strong acidity. — 8 years ago
This is Ralph's Dry Grown Grenache. Biodynamic in the Vineyard and a very natural winemaking regime - no added sulphites etc. Surprisingly light Ruby in colour for the corresponding power on the palate with blackberry pepper and stalks. Fresh and vibrant , just a terrific wine. My wife thought the best so far this year! A very big call!! — 8 years ago
Jauma Fi's Garden. Proper unicorn. 13 vines in a trial block. Several varieties. Smashable juice. — 9 years ago
Juat like northern rhone! 💥💥 — 10 years ago
Nice little white. A touch of tannic grip, a touch of fizz. Nectarines and lemons. Buckets of acid. It has me screaming for seafood! — 10 years ago

Cloudy but very fine indeed! — 11 years ago
This one is fun. Tastes like adult lemonade with swirling lemon pith, grapefruit rind, and pineapple mingling with notes of ginger. Appears cloudy, but spritzy in the glass. — 7 years ago
Earthy perfume with twiggy notes and a touch of wet nappy. No oak? Very much a natural wine with a palate of raspberries, loamy savoury flavours and soft tannins. A groovy label. Complete with crown seal like opening an old bottle of beer with a bottle opener. The whole quirky package will appeal to Millenials in CBD Cafes and Bistros. — 7 years ago
The label is dope. The flavor is funky. Get to know this bottle and you get to know me. — 8 years ago
Jauma Mary Lou. I can't believe it's not Albariño! 😂 seriously though. Erskine is killing it. Great great savignin. — 9 years ago
Four vineyards and absolute zero sulphur adds. Makes you wanna dive in head first; red fruits to the fore, slight balsamic, floral, pepper and earth. The palate is so textural, awesome phenolics and lovely acid balance too. — 10 years ago
Deliciously fruity yet savoury in all the right ways — 10 years ago
Delicious with mushroom barley soup. — 11 years ago

The Jauma lineup is a rainbow spectrum of bright colored, hazy, unfiltered wines with creative labels, beer cap tops (even for still wines) and lots of internet cache’. The Shiraz based Disco Special is my favorite of the group and comes in a recycled 750ml beer bottle. It is the least juicy of the bunch and has a layered bouquet of beautiful sour red berries with high acid tones, minerals, and green herbs. Lots of zippy acidity is delivered via flavors of sour cherries and lingonberry. The texture is supple and soft and rounds out the acid. It’s true to the Natural Wine profile, where I tread with caution. But it is delicate, balanced, and free of excessive funk, juice, and crunch. — 7 years ago
