All red mountain fruit lovely intensity and elegant bouquet a bit of cf and merlot in the blend both red and black berry fruit with pretty floral notes with dark chocolate and sweet tobacco spice. Very lush and forward fruit here with a nice freshness not a big wine in color or size but had lots of nuance fresh earth and light spice notes this wine needs a bit of time but has all the right pieces in place. Less than 30 wineries when he started now there are 800. Fresh peach and apple red delicious cherry and a nice touch of mineral. Likeniting into a fresh peach a touch if sweetness but Nicely balanced acidity leaving the tongue salivating for food. Tongue tingly minerality. Finish 35+ very good+ — 12 years ago

Champoux Vineyard Muscat Canelli 2012
Fresh peach apple blossom sweet and seductive. Sweet but has nice freshness and pretty orange zest and hibiscus perfume notes on the finish. A few things unique here They can also heat the tanks in addition to cooling them this helps them start the fermentation quickly. They also have fresh airflow brought in, to keep mold out, co2 sensors and they can heat the cellar in winter to keep it 55 degrees to keep the wines Brett free.
