Fantastic cab, perfect by itself or wine dinner. Great compliment with the filet mignon I had tonight. Dry, yet a touch sweet, deep bold flavors. — 5 years ago

This is the ultimate red wine!! 😍 You taste the fruit as soon as it hits your tongue. Has a smooth finish. This definitely is a mislabel because their is no end to the hope in this bottle. #Perfect10 — 8 years ago

Really nice drop — 11 years ago
Deeper ruby , narrower rim , just touch of garnet . Quite deep and rich , deeper darker fruits , quite mineral. More cedar and dark cassis , grafite , iron fillings , touch of mint quite ripe rounded but present tannins . Good balanced acidity, robust but very long on the palate . Also needs more time really though is surprisingly enjoyable now because of the roundness of the fruit and ripe tannins , better in 10 years and will last well over the next 20- 25. Bigger boned , fatter and more robust and powerful than the Lafite 2000, though still hugely complex and satisfying. — 2 years ago
Bonnie’s favorite Pinot Noir, with good reason. It’s just beautiful. — 5 years ago
Bought this in 2014 from Lsat Bottle. Should have bought more, it was a steal at the time and it has gotten even better in the last 5 years. Not too acidic, good amount of yeast, and overall excellent sparkling wine. 69% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay — 6 years ago

Earthy and still a bit tannic, a darker side of Lalande. I think it will shine in another 5-10 years. — 10 years ago
It's on the sweeter side. It's great for aperitif or tapas. I think it will also work with desserts. — 11 years ago
Nice Chardonnay. — 5 years ago
Color - dark purple garnet. A bold expressive funky perfume fruit nose so classic of Cayuse with mineral-meat, smokey and mint notes lingering with a vanilla toast scent. Juicy and elegant; rich with dark plum-cherry flavors intertwined with a smokey soil bacon bitters taste—the mineral-iron characteristics follow with a tobacco long finish. Looking forward to seeing how the flavors change with different foods and as the wine opens up. Bionic Frog is favorite and definitely a wine to try and store in your cellar. Dry, complex, dynamic food pairing — 5 years ago
Could not resist ordering this to have with their Côte de Boeuf dish even though I knew it would be too young. This has it all, richness, power & finesse with a kaleidoscope of flavors, black cherry, raspberry, meat, iron, blood, pepper, black olive & violets. — 8 years ago

My favorite producer of Crozes Hermitage. Deep dark color with black cherry, creosote, iron, game bird, garrique very complex, spicy, black pepper on the finish. Need to buy more of this vintage. — 11 years ago

Excellent on a stand alone basis or in mimosas!! Slight brioche, caramel, butter, and a hint of apricot. Just as good at bottle opening as it was a couple hours later! — 2 years ago
