Color is light caramel. Nose is quite sweet with aldehyde, caramel, crayon, and hotness strength. Taste is very smooth considering she is just 12 yr old. Nice creamy milk like flavor, wood chips, dried fruits, honey, and flowering note. Really impressed by the flowering and honey note. With water added, more perfume and citrus notes to the fore. Dry on the palate. Warming alcohol, medium body, pronounced flavour intensity. Long finish. Very complex.
