Mark N blew me away with this blind, guessed France. Fine structure, pencil lead and Syrah-like gameyness. Just couldn't place it as a Sangio for anything, though the sour cherry and leathery chocolate had faded. Prompted long, philosophical discussion (aided by very old single malt) ion the ageing potential of anything but the biggest Brunellos. — 10 years ago

Blend of Malbec Bonarda Sirah and Merlot, for the eyes deep rubi color of pig ion blood to deep purple, nice thick legs from glycerol. Nose Black Forest fruits and some fresh red ones some flavor a from the barrels as for chestnuts and coffee black chocolate and smoke.
In the mouth smooth mediums to full body wine well balanced very elegant goes down the throat with excellence — 9 years ago

Lifted fruit nose. Loads of bright floral notes with touches of earthy stone, grass. Sweet ion first touch with almost sherry notes. Light bodied medium length. Fun. Not trrribly complex but fun. — 7 years ago
