Heavy, thick. The start is brightly sharp (?), like sparkling rich flavors up front move on for 10 seconds until it all catches and the cocoa, and dusty tannins envolope the back of my tongue. My girlfriend tasted it and just said "tastes kinda like chocolate covered strawberries." — 10 years ago
Good! Doesn't have as many bitter notes as other whit beers that I don't like as much. — 10 years ago
Delicious. Well balanced. Citrusy, not very bitter, easy malt finish. 5.1% ABV. 36.1 IBU. — 10 years ago

Nice cork pop, fizzy in a good way. Watermelon color. Nice lightly tannic aroma (I need a better word here). Sweet, but acid balanced, bubbles help offset sweetness. Strawberry rhubarb. Clean finish with lingering sweetened grapefruit flavor. Amazing all these flavors came from an apple — 11 years ago
