Fantastic! 100% Pinot Blanc from Champagne. Apple butter, brioche, fresh apricots, honey and fig on the nose continue on the palate. The body is in perfect balance with a medium weight palate on a good frame of acid. The mousse is med weight with a touch of citrus on the finish. Lasts about 40 seconds on the finish.
