This beer for some reason, on the beer rating sites does not get very more than fair reviews, it is with out a doubt a very good double IPA, if you like Stone Ruination, which I love, and some other great west coast IPA's , you really can not find too much not to like, or love, big big hops, nice malt backbone, maybe it is a little thin on the tropical notes, Grapefruit is what you mostly get, but overall, it is very good in the style, I like it a lot, not my favorite double IPA, but it is still very good — 11 years ago
Hops hops hops. Great IPA not for the faint of heart or lightweight drinker — 11 years ago

A very good, well crafted IPA, this brewery as well as many UT breweries make some excellent beers, this one is as I said very good, price as well, nice balance of hops, malt and citrus, not over the top, so very drinkable without giving up much, nice session IPA, not in the great rating, but overall solid IPA, that is very good in the style — 11 years ago
Aroma is grassy and spicy, with some lightly toasted bread, citrus, coriander. Hops definitely showing and takes me back to the quiet, quaint town of Poperinge, around which most Belgian hops are grown. Mouthfeel light with medium+ carbonation. Finishes dry with a slightly bitter, grassy finish. Supremely easy to drink, especially on a hot day like this. — 11 years ago
