• 2014 Sauvignon Blanc Saint Bris "Mont Embrasé"
• Domaine J.L & J.C. Bersan
• Saint-Bris-les-Vineux
• Burgund
— 8 years ago

Buttery like a big girl, like the 2011 partied in Vegas all year. Resembles Honig though so it's all good. — 10 years ago

Had at Berns. Of three wines Steph likes this best( others Honig Cab and Keenan Merlot). Fruity but smooth with solid finish that brought out licorice and different flavors than initial taste. — 7 years ago
Rich, dry, bold mouthfeel. Too many tannins for honig. A little spicy. — 7 years ago
Light pink, rose pedals, crushed cherries and pepper- delicious with a hint of soft heirloom tomatoes. — 8 years ago
Color of really pale yellow, with bubbly vibe on the surface. Nose of ample honey, flowering jasmine, explosion of tropical fruit, like mango peach passion fruit smoothie, banana, and pineapple. Taste of bright acidity, with a bit spice, tangy, carbonate, zesty, and hidden sweet and salty note. Aftertaste of grapefruit, and zest. The nose surpasses the taste but overall, it is a pleasant experience. — 8 years ago
Unheimlich vielschichtige Aromatik. Safran, Krokant, Gummi, Honig, Karamell, Aprikosenkonfitüre, Apfel, Quitte. Am Gaumen extrem ausgewogen. Säure und Süße ineinander verschmolzen, unendlich langer Nachhall. — 8 years ago
Crisp, fresh, not acidic, very pleasant. Reminded me of Honig. — 9 years ago

Very ferrous and tangy. Burns the throat somewhat as it goes down. Im not so sure its worth 120 dollars a bottle. I like it, but I wont buy it again. Its not as good as 80 dollar Grgich Hills or a 40 dollar Honig nor anything that Orin Swift makes over 50 dollars. Okay.. the rating: Dark fruit on the initial palate with blackberry and raspberry. The mid palate brings on the tart bite of iron and dryness. There is also spice and Pepper. The finish ends dry and leaves no sweet nor bitter aftertaste. — 6 years ago
