Riesling. In Tahiti. Is good ya. — 10 years ago
Peach in color and light peach in background. Nice floral bouquet and a beautiful wine to drink on a warm humid day on Tahiti. — 9 years ago
Pineapple favors and a really unique wine. Great for being created here. Must have a dedicated winemaker and probably uniquely crazy to try it in such conditions. Bravo! — 9 years ago

fits perfect to marrowbone / tahiti vanilla / comté / light smoke — 10 years ago
Wheat dough, roasted almonds, tahiti vanilla, dark chocolate and red apple on the nose. Orange puree and lime on the palate, chocolate wafers are there as well. Harmonious and pleasing. — 10 years ago

It's not often I'm able to enjoy the pleasure of a very dry, Riesling from Alsace. Which is why we seized the opportunity while dining at Le Lotus on the main island of Tahiti in French Polynesia last month. This scrumptious wine was very dry, high acidity but so very balanced. Not too much citrus and just the right amount of minerality. Paired beautifully with the Batfish appetizer. — 9 years ago
