Tried at a wine expo in Lisbon. Kept chilled! Never seen a Syrah chilled before but there were a couple of folks doing this. Curious as to why! New oak, 100% Syrah, light on nose with cherry, plum, herbs, earthiness. Med + tannin, fairly full body, but the temperature threw me off. — 8 years ago

Beautiful wine. It came as a complete and oh so pleasant surprise. I had no knowledge of this wine/winery and therefore had no expectations or preconceptions. It was a gift, which meant that I had not seem its price tag. The first sip made me a fan and the ones that followed solidified the admiration. Velvety, full bodied but not "overweight", nice lasting taste, neither fruity nor earthy. A pure joy. — 9 years ago

Pale gold. Toasty slight burnt - in a good way - Brioche, Creme Brûlée, lemon curd, just ripe yellow apples, pineapple, ~banana, creamy delicate on the palate. Medium+ intensity and finish.
