I haven’t had many bourbons, but this is a favorite so far. It has a lighter nose reminiscent of an Irish whiskey with some floral and vanilla notes. It is smooth from start to finish, and has that classic robust oak and smoke flavor you want in a bourbon. — 7 years ago
I’ve been drinking this fairly regularly since my local Costco started stocking this vintage. Every bottle I open is getting better, more floral. Lots of flowers and honeysuckle going in the direction of lychee. There’s also a lot of mixed citrus flavors, with grapefruit coming out. It all rides on a background of oak and a little vanilla, and almost cardamom. There’s a little gravel and maybe limestone minerality with balanced acidity. Very nice wine that holds up to Asian food. — 7 years ago
Strong honey favor ..........so good as a dessert. — 9 years ago
Sweet apricot taste. Smooth finish — 9 years ago
Precocious and fresh, redolent of honeycomb-spiked alfalfa and white citrus blossoms. Tangerine and honeydew flirting on the nose. Pomace stone baseline.
👉🏻On the palate: Nice, brisk, lime-y acidity, with piquant minerality hovering over a jalapeño jelly soupçon. Padrones, vetiver and 7-Up. Lemongrass and musk. Smile.
👉🏻Finish lingers, in spite of the generally zippy nature of this one. Takeaway is confidence--in crafting a laser-focused but still fun Sauvignon, and a general craving for ceviche, beach breezes and long, unfettered afternoons. — 10 years ago

Sweetness is lush yet in check. Mirabelle plum torte, tangerine, honey, white flowers, blueberry dessert at Piccolo, highly viscous but doesn't overstay it's welcome in the mouth — 7 years ago

Was very very pleasantly surprised by this sparkler from Niagra. — 9 years ago
Absolutely wonderful Washington Cabernet Sauvignon paired with grilled ribeye finished truffle butter. Dark bramble, black berries and cherries, fine tannins, leather, peppery and hint of green peppers dry finish. Drink now. — 10 years ago
A proud Malbec. Mix of flavor with personality. Definitely worth another bottle. Old cheese a good friend. Steak even better — 10 years ago
De Bouze, the lost grape.
Inky as it should be as a red pulped grape, one of very few — 10 years ago
Kevin's birthday wine. We were told it is a lighter, fruity wine but we felt like it had a lot of peppery character. The French know how to do it! — 12 years ago
Dried apricots, lemon zest, grapefruit pith, gardenias, wet rocks, marjoram. Vibrant acidity, light-medium bodied, juicy-rich texture, lengthy floral-citrus pulp-slightly briny finish. Mineral forward, delicate aromatics revealed more on palate, lends itself to an array of dishes. — 7 years ago
Tart red fruit aromas of cherry and underripe blackberry. A bit of leather on the nose. Medium tannin and medium body. On the palate, green bell pepper, tobacco, and black cherry — 9 years ago
Pinot drinkers should give Beaujolais Cru some attention. This one has that cassis and funk going on. Medium bodies with smooth tart cherry finish. For only $15, it's a wine with a lot of character and depth. — 10 years ago
Working to the strengths of the vintage. — 10 years ago
