Remy Martin XO Cognac. 2nd best cognac I have ever had. 1st would be Hennessy. Soft caramel taste, big thick heavy texture. Smooth as silk and a very gradual finish. Vanilla, butterscotch, caramel, toasted almond.....excellent! — 11 years ago
Big, bold, smooth mountain fruit with loooong finish. The view from Pritchard hill out over lake Hennessy is also incredible. — 13 years ago

94 pt rating on wine enthusiast and worth every point, and more! For $50, this extra old (XO) Cognac drinks like their bigger brother Camus XO! Oak spice, nutty aromas, vanilla, smokey fig, caramel, maple, and a persistent long, luscious finish! The complexity is ample, and we'll structured; well done Chabanneau! This is one of the perfect cognacs to experiment with if you haven't gotten to try much 'good' cognac. I say, drop the Hennessy & Courvoisier and try this! — 11 years ago
