Cherry Heering, dried blackberry, graphite, leather, roses, violets, cedar, blood orange, balsamic, iron, black peppercorns. Sharp acid/wide gripping rough velvet tannin balance, juicy-slightly creamy texture, full bodied, long smokey, mineral driven finish. Enjoyable now, wonderful aging potential, lots of complexity given its price point. While everyone is overpaying for the '10 Barolos, I'll be scooping up the under-appreciated '11's. — 10 years ago
