This wine speaks to my inner hedonist. One sip and my taste buds were transported on a magical journey. Very succulent with just the right amount of acidity and soft tannins. Wonderful balance of dark fruits, spices and earthy minerality characteristic of priorats. Impressive depth and intensity. Just an overall wonderful priorat with a nice balance of flavors. Enjoy now for a special occasion or any occasion! No regrets with this one. — 10 years ago
Who says rosé doesn't age! Grapefruit zest, unripe nectarine, sea salt, jamón Ibérico... Not for the hedonist crowd, but still delicious. — 10 years ago

A.R. Lenoble is a very transparent producer and gives full information about the wine's makeup: 88% grand Cru Chardonnay from Chouilly with 12% still premier cru pinot noir from Bisseuil. Most of the wine is from 2011 with 15% reserve from 2010. The result is a finely honed wine with delicate aromas and deep flavors. There is a stunning elegance to this wine with a strong mineral component that is often overshadowed in more pinot-heavy rosés. This is a very particular wine, more for the connoisseur than the hedonist (not that one can't be both!). Excellent mousse, lovely pale salmon pink color, crisp acidity and a beautiful wine for food. It has great "nerve" and has great quality for the price. — 10 years ago

Classic Aussie Shiraz at its best: ripe fruits and tannins with grainy oak giving the wine a lasting structure. — 9 years ago
