75 Marsanne 25 Viognier, lovely Rhône style blend for $38 — 6 years ago
I love this! — 7 years ago
15 years in, still lots of primary flavors. This wine can go many more years. Silky tannins. — 8 years ago
Still an amazing value for the price. Berries and chocolate. — 9 years ago
Admittedly, I am partial to Washington State reds. This Cabernet is an outstanding value for under $17. It reminds me of Hedges Estates Red Mountain Red Blend.
Very long legs. Plum and caramel colors with a full body in the glass.
Rounded rich of sweetness to match deep wood berries and evolved tannins on the palate. Very much in line with WA state reds of the last few years, but comes together more balanced than most, especially after 45 min in a decanter.
I will drink this again soon. — 9 years ago
Partial to this family and vineyard but this stuff is great ! More a Bordeaux blend with 80% Cab, 7 Merlot, 5 Syrah, 5 Cab Franc, etc well done Sarah !!! — 6 years ago
Yummyyyyyy. Great blend & value — 7 years ago
A real stunner from Maggie Hedges. Fantastic structure, tannins. One of those wines that stands athwart Old World structure and New World profile. Inky purple, classic Cabernet nose of cedar, tannins. 2014 a bit young, just starting to integrate. Beautiful structure and finish. Silky without being cloying. Food-friendly. Happy 4th! 🍷🍷💥💥 — 7 years ago
100% Cab--not a blend (as identified). Nice menthol, tree bark, eucalyptus, black cherry. Light tannins. — 8 years ago
Bordeaux blend; 44% Cab Sauv, 33% Merlot with Syrah, Malbec, and Cab Franc. Dried red and black fruit, wild herbs, soft and well integrated tannins. Low alcohol for new world, but I like that. It's showing well but any more time and it will probably start to deteriorate. — 9 years ago
Nice light spice, not too dry. Very drinkable wine with slight peppery flavors — 6 years ago
Little fruity, not too sweet — 7 years ago
2006 Vintage opened late 2017 — 8 years ago
Exciting nose with strawberry and paprika. Toffee too after a while. Medium high tannins and high acidity. Didn't pair as well as the other reds with tonights food (pork belly with roasted potatoes and vegetables and a lingon apple sauce). The wine was very fruity and tart. — 8 years ago
Bigger alcohol than hedges red mountain but well balance do, fennel character, good fruit, good acid. Deeper fruited. — 9 years ago
Big & heavy and lovely got the body to match the weight — 9 years ago
