Voudomato (red grape) From the magician in Santorini, Haridimo Hatzidaki, an obscure red grape. 320 grams of RS — 10 years ago
My first experience with Aidini. Complex little grape. The wine was straw yellow and a tad hazy. A bit of sweetness like a Viognier but combined with the crisp saltiness of an Assyrtiko. I liked it. — 6 years ago

Learning new thangs: mushroom, smoke, bright, salt, texture. Abv 15%!!! And wildly balanced. We were poured entry level '15 from same producer n thought 'wow tropical Mom wine w/ punishingly long finish' — 8 years ago

Delicious rustic red from Santorini, bright notes of citrus peel and pomegranate. Paired well with our lamb pasta at Sachet, definitely a food wine. Before food arrived, our guests implied there was too much acid for their taste, but not for me. This one needs some air before opening up. Would be very difficult to identify blind, very few reds with this profile. — 6 years ago
