Light yellow in the glass. Nose of petrol, citrus, and a herbaceous note. Palate showed dryness that was precise and refreshing. Citrus oils, Lime, unripe stonefruit, and white flowers. Significantly drier than the 89 Spatlese I have tasted, but again this did not disappoint. The wine shows less of its age and more of a different style of winemaking. — 9 years ago
