Every time I drink a Two Shepherds wine I wish I had more in my cellar. A true “Rhône ranger” producing some of the best rhône-style wines in California. We all need to drink more Two Shepherds and support innovative winemakers who think about product quality before profit and ratings. I categorically love Viognier but know almost nothing about it. Nothing to report here other than a mild decant and warming up to ~65F made this really enjoyable with flank steak and mushroom polenta. Yay Alban! — 8 years ago
Strawberry nose. Cooked strawberry in the glass. Low alcohol and classic California fruit. Fruit forward but well balanced with good acidity. A good one for a great price if you like this style. — 10 years ago
