Tangerine cream brûlée, pineapple upside down cake and lemon poppyseed muffin snootfull. Merengue textured head that slides off the glass in a bombshell of lemon oil napalm. Cake donut with lemongrass icing that gets tinny and dense as it drops you down the mother shaft of hops! Something cultured and yeasty here right out of Dr. Jekyll's petri samples. It'll change you! Homemade pumpkin pie! They got the nose just right on this! Clotted cream colored head moonscapes, with paramecium lacing a scuttling home before disappearing almost entirely. There is a dark peppery note as well. Tastes lighter than expected. But with plenty of spice spots lingering into receding points. Like a cinematographer zooming out from each experience, it gives the impression of bubbles blowing away as you reach backwards to a lemon oil and pumpkin cream soda core. Guess that wine? Ok, you were right, Broke Arrow 2011 White Wine. A Rhone - style blend of Roussane, Viognier, Vermentino and Picpoul. Very yummy, best with food and the color which reminded me of olive oil (dark and dense)! — 10 years ago
