Very smooth, somewhat sweet and not hoppy. Hint of chocolate is not obvious. A bit of caramel. Love this one. — 8 years ago

Beautiful light color and the soft, approachable notes of a Pinot classic to the Russian River coast. — 10 years ago

Organic chocolate stout, dark beer in the mold of a Guinness but in my opinion... Much better! — 12 years ago

New vintage of Les Enfants continued. More robust on the palate than previous vintages, but equally elegant. A true California interpretation of a Beaujolais. Can't wait to release! — 9 years ago
A friend gave this to me so I tried McFadden Coro again. 2011 is excellent. — 10 years ago
Picked this up because I wanted something new and had limited options. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Turns out blondes do have more fun. Fullness that you expect from Guinness but with a very refreshing and slightly hoppy taste. A nice Amber lager that's great for anytime. Everyone loves a tall cool blonde. — 10 years ago

Thanksgiving wine with the Jones / McFadden fam — 9 years ago
This is a steak companion replacing a good red wine. Hoppy, bitter, dark and very flavor some.
It's like a crossbred Guinness, IPA and Coopers Original (cloudy).
Definitely a 'with meal' brew. — 10 years ago
Now, this is good!

Crisp. Steel. Dry. Tropical fruits. — 10 years ago
Quiet until it gives you a mouthful of fruit... Like an Irish poet gives you a mouthful of forehead after being fuelled by Guinness and passion... Except that's not subtle enough... This is big and brash (American) but has some old world nuance. Beautifully balanced, it's more Jason Bourne than Bram Stoker... Highly recommended but pricey... Then again, it is worth it, so maybe it is actually value for money... — 11 years ago
First let state how much I enjoy Guinness Draught and the import Stout, this brewed in Dunlin, so that is good, I like this but it could been better, little too light, it is like Draught light, I think the overall brew is very good, just as I say little light — 11 years ago
Incredible stout, dark smooth, I love , Guinness and this is tons better, best stout ever $5 a bottle — 12 years ago
