An exceptional biodynamic Champagne which intrigued me ever since my discovery on Laval, Selosse and Léclapart. Stated as NV, but practically used fruits of 2006. Such an intensifying depth of complexity but rather easy and crisp. A bottle of 100% Pinot Meunier that's worth endeavouring without any hesitation. Only thing I need now is MORE. — 8 years ago
