Chardonnay I actually like! — 6 years ago
Very yeasty on the nose with Granny Smith Apple notes and pronounced minerality. 94% Pinot Meunière 2% Pinot Gris, 2% Chardonnay, and 2% Pinot Noir. Wild fermented and aged 10 months in barrels; 2.5grams/Litre dosage. Only 13,000 bottles made so it is difficult to source in Australia. Consumed this Champagne in Zalto Burgundy glasses like I had been advised to do with Jacques Selosse, a close colleague of Jerome Prevost. As both of these producers say these are wines first and Champagnes second so why not Burgundy glasses. Finishes very dry with cleansing acid. LC14 - year of harvest. Good and different. — 7 years ago

How have I never had this before! Black olives, pepper and licorice floating on Kirsch. Going back for more — 9 years ago

Quite nice, nose is deceptively dry but on the palate it's velvety and finishes smooth. — 11 years ago

Muy bueno, con todas las notas de un buen champagne — 7 years ago
Kicking off with this bottle to start a night is putting in a cheat code for a game. Layers and layers of flavors. Pears, apricot compote, yeasty goodness and more. #primetimewinetime #右上の会 — 8 years ago

LOVE. Loire might be my favourite French region.
Some green pepper on the nose. Dangerously drinkable. Food friendly. Went well with spiced ground beef and rice, but this red would be a good companion for red or white meat, Indian dishes, or on its own. — 6 years ago
