There is a kombucha quality to the nose of this wine that I love: sour and alive. Rich and full on the palate...this was such a fun addition to our 7 fishes dinner on Christmas Eve. The mineral, brown butter finish is awesome paired with crab. This is really well done; I could never make this but I sure want to try! — 10 years ago
