Once it’s cool, this bad boy really delivers. Hints of raspberry, strawberry, and red currant. Awesome minerality. There is a kombucha quality to the nose of this wine that I love: sour and alive. Rich and full on the palate...this was such a fun addition to our 7 fishes dinner on Christmas Eve.
