Pretty tasty stuff.. this is my 3rd Jurancon dessert wine in 3 days and they're growing on me. Very peachy with some funk on the nose. Palate is cool because it's not too sweet, but has a nice balancing acidity at the end. Peach, pineapple rind, and a bit of nuttiness. That's fun. — 10 years ago


Dried apricots, passion fruit, pineapple, exotic fruits with honey. Despite all this it has a balanced, prickly, pineapple-esque acidity, vivid and refreshing with notes of apple skin and crisp minerality. Great dessert wine. — 10 years ago

Some smoky flint and poultry jumping out of the glass, the initial off-gas as this bloomed beautifully. The bottle only lasted about 45 minutes out on our table and in that time it settled nicely into a canvas of concentrated minerals white flowers perfect ripeness the right acidity.
