2016 tasted 1/2019. Rich golden yellow. Beautiful floral and honeyed yellow apple aromas. Full bodied with palate of ripe apple and a nice thread of acidity. Very pleasant. Virginia should be growing less Viognier and more petit manseng. — 5 years ago
At first I was skeptical about a wine from #jurançon costing so much (independently of who made it) but I really must say that it's spectacular and is a world class dessert/#sweetwine #didierdagueneau — 9 years ago
Amazing how this white, mostly Viognier and Marsanne, is completely dominated automatically and on the palate by the 13% Petit Manseng. — 9 years ago
A lot of cherry pit notes, which is very nice. Berrel fermented with lees aging. — 10 years ago

A very good white for barbecue chicken for all your white wine only guests. — 9 years ago
Golden color, fragrant nose of honey, apricot, brown sugar. Crisp, honey notes, great acid, with some nutty notes that remind me a bit of Meursault. A great value. — 9 years ago

Pretty tasty stuff.. this is my 3rd Jurancon dessert wine in 3 days and they're growing on me. Very peachy with some funk on the nose. Palate is cool because it's not too sweet, but has a nice balancing acidity at the end. Peach, pineapple rind, and a bit of nuttiness. That's fun. — 8 years ago
Dried apricots, passion fruit, pineapple, exotic fruits with honey. Despite all this it has a balanced, prickly, pineapple-esque acidity, vivid and refreshing with notes of apple skin and crisp minerality. Great dessert wine. — 8 years ago
Loved this! Get again! — 9 years ago
Some smoky flint and poultry jumping out of the glass, the initial off-gas as this bloomed beautifully. The bottle only lasted about 45 minutes out on our table and in that time it settled nicely into a canvas of concentrated minerals white flowers perfect ripeness the right acidity. Lean and muscular, no fat, no human hands present here. Highly recommended. Iroulewhat?! Who would've known? Thanks kermit. Fried food for the win. — 9 years ago

Robe dorée - nez sur l'ananas et le miel - une pointe de rancio en bouche, en plus d'une acidité soutenue et d'une longueur notable. Top! — 10 years ago
