Pretty tasty stuff.. this is my 3rd Jurancon dessert wine in 3 days and they're growing on me. Very peachy with some funk on the nose. Palate is cool because it's not too sweet, but has a nice balancing acidity at the end. Peach, pineapple rind, and a bit of nuttiness. That's fun. — 9 years ago

Dried apricots, passion fruit, pineapple, exotic fruits with honey. Despite all this it has a balanced, prickly, pineapple-esque acidity, vivid and refreshing with notes of apple skin and crisp minerality. Great dessert wine. — 9 years ago
Honey and apricot. Probably the best dessert wine I've had. — 10 years ago
A very good white for barbecue chicken for all your white wine only guests. — 10 years ago
Amazing how this white, mostly Viognier and Marsanne, is completely dominated automatically and on the palate by the 13% Petit Manseng. — 10 years ago
Perfect with Mussels Cava and Chorizo

Lovely with fried chicken. — 12 years ago
First thing I notice is the golden color. Very floral, white flowers, can smell the green stem of a flower. Smells very hot, with mineral/shell/slate. Also smells sweet, honey suckle, and butterscotch. Must be oaked at least slightly. Tastes hot, high acidity, citrus notes/grapefruit. Very juicy as well, in guava, pineapple, tropical fruits for sure, and green grapes. Also low mouth feel, aka thin, but it is refreshing. I've never tried either of these grapes and really enjoy it. Pretty complex and tasty! — 8 years ago

Really nice blend from Gascony. 35 sb 35 col 20 ugni 10 gros manseng. God value, interesting. — 10 years ago
Some smoky flint and poultry jumping out of the glass, the initial off-gas as this bloomed beautifully. The bottle only lasted about 45 minutes out on our table and in that time it settled nicely into a canvas of concentrated minerals white flowers perfect ripeness the right acidity. Lean and muscular, no fat, no human hands present here. Highly recommended. Iroulewhat?! Who would've known? Thanks kermit. Fried food for the win. — 11 years ago

Robe dorée - nez sur l'ananas et le miel - une pointe de rancio en bouche, en plus d'une acidité soutenue et d'une longueur notable. Top! — 12 years ago
Less sweet but like a light ice wine — 12 years ago

Farewell lunch wine. Supper leesy, but with a little air started showing its character. Thanks @Darren Delmore for sharing. — 10 years ago

2014 Vintage. Quite a bit of oak on nose and palate. Very round wine, could use more acidity. Went well with seafood but not up to expectations. — 7 years ago
