I could want more complexity to bump this above 90 points, but as is, it is a fine wine with a dark berry nose that shades to sweet dark plum on the palate with a hint of bacon and correspondingly nice acid. A less warm year would no doubt have yielded a more nuanced palate. — 9 years ago

What a bad boy. Full of supple blackberry fruit from the Syrah balanced with lovely and silky tannin from the Tempranillo. Absolutely excellent flavor and structure. Truly exciting for Oregon. — 8 years ago
