A unique version. Nose is floral, juniper and a little bit of a "blackcurrant bud" (you know) but not unpleasantly pungent. Palate is like a salted white grapefruit and the spruce makes itself just present enough on the finish. — 9 years ago

Musky, gamey nose. Earth and forest, pine bark. This wine is taught and brooding, and yet there is sweetness at the core. Black cherries followed by black tea.
