Opened this wine having purchased it many many years ago. Despite several house moves, this wine absolutely retained wonderful fruit flavours and balance. Paired with a garlic rosemary leg of lamb, dauphinois and a hot beetroot, squash, feta and pinenut salad. Amazing. — 6 years ago

Minerality, white flower, white peach, delicate rose petals on the nose. Med body, high acid(wow), med p intensity, dry, bitter, yeasty med p finish with hint of green apple aromas. Good for shrimp with cocktail sauce but I drunk with pizza with olive, pomodoro, pancetta. Delicious apprentif. (Bubbles are not that tight, quite dry. Earthy. Hints of liquorice. So much going on here.
