2015 with roast chicken. Best Chardonnay in awhile. — 7 years ago
16' Rochioli Sauvignon Blanc. Not quite 60% of this SB comes from vines planted in 1959. Three single vineyards in total.
Palate- Lemon, green apple, grapefruit, tangy & zesty. Dusty minerality throughout the palate. Perfect amount of acidity. The finish is long & lingers for a bit. Perfect pairing with swordfish. Very enjoyable bottle.
Edit- Let it warm up and open up for about 20 minutes in your glass. — 8 years ago

Crisp green apple, dry, lemon, grass, all very clean notes. A nice Chardonnay — 9 years ago
Light green apples, pineapples and buttery toast. Just the perfect order and in the right balance with a medium bodied flavor all-around. Best American Chard? Could be! — 10 years ago
If you're one of those people who can't stand chard try this. Ripe tropical and green fruits, bright acidity, spicy yeast tones, long dry mouth watering finish. Love it. — 10 years ago

Bouquet spot on for Margaret River Chardonnay. Palate starts a little green with plenty of acid perhaps suggesting another 4 years required in the bottle. Finish is smooth and delicious and runs well over a minute.
Don't drink it too cold - let it warm a little.

Color of light gold with a touch of green hue. Nose is plenty with ripe banana, ripe pineapple, ripe peach, some green apple, some roasted nuts, and a bit of tangerine, feeling strength of alcohol also. Taste is dominated by subtle sweetness, zest, roasted nuts, mineral, and smooth acidity. Aftertaste is again more roasted nuts, grapefruit, lingering sweetness and acidity, clean and flavorful. Nice one. — 6 years ago

Just what a mature Chardonnay should taste like. Just the right balance of fruit and Carmel. Still the color of hay with just a bit of spring green. — 11 years ago
Bright acidity, still a little green but wonderful. Would like to see how it evolves in a year. Visited the tasting room for Ellory’s bachelorette and had a lovely time. Beautiful space, knowledgeable staff and intimate setting with long live edge table for tasting and handmade wooden chandeliers from found branches 😍 dreamy — 7 years ago
DuMOL's 25 acre sustainably farmed Estate Vineyard is located on an east-facing slope on the appellation's famous ridgelines. Aged for 12 months on French oak (30% new), blended from 6 vineyards, pale straw with green edges revealing stone, tropical and citrus aromas with white floral notes. On the palate melon, tart peach and orange flavors with spice and oak. Lingering finish ending with finesse. Drinking well.. — 7 years ago

This magnum from Leeuwin estate Cab art series is a garnet in colour with the rims showing alight orange tinge showing the ripening of the wine. This seven year old vintage is “a point” in terms of ripening. Definitely not a Bordeaux style can but more of a Connewarre style Cab exhibits red cherry, raspberry and leather notes. In terms of length, 40-50 sec finish. Pairs beautifully with lamb (big green egg) roast. Beautiful! — 6 years ago
