Alto Adige on full display with tart bitterness of pitted fruits and slate. Lush tropical notes and a hint of vanilla (the Chard?) round out the frame. Not much of a finish to speak of. Crisp enough for seafood, but with a ripeness that will pair well with a host of cheeses or your favorite South Asian hot sauce. QPR heaven too! — 8 years ago

Was served chilled, and it was interesting to see how the flavor developed. A bit funky, in a good way. — 6 years ago
