I liked this a lot 50/50 cab Syrah blend found it unique very smooth and long from finish. Currant and cedar — 9 years ago
Goes well with our homemade mild chicken chili — 10 years ago
This vintage quite a bit more high toned w Beaujolais like qualities. The red fruits are crunchy w earth and lots of acidity. With some time this will develop nicely. — 10 years ago
Apricot, butter and I taste a little almond. A good Chardonnay fora great price — 11 years ago
100 percent Syrah from Red Mountain. Delicious, light to medium bodied. Apparently hard to get distributed, but worth it! — 12 years ago

Must decant/air for 3+ hrs.
Opens up to a sumptuous wine. Dark plum coloured. Earthen nose. Leather, must, dried violets but with subtle blue berries. Fantastic mouth feel. New world with forward fruits heavy and rich. Vanilla, licorice and cola. Medium plus tannins. Would not pair with rich meat or steak. Hard and semi-hard cheese should be good. — 9 years ago
Red and black fruit dominates, but organic earth provides an evening balance. The oak is well integrated. Would love to try this in 10 years. — 10 years ago
Inexpensive but very good. — 10 years ago
Lovely at Loulay. — 11 years ago
Not the highest. Light, smooth, very little tropical (grapefruit). Summer sipper. Go with most anything. — 11 years ago
Fruit forward, oak, nice finish — 12 years ago

Notes of coffee on the nose. Typical Napa cab presentation. On the palate it’s tannic and boisterous, but it demonstrates its pedigree. Black cherries dominate the palate. My type of cab, which needs bottle age. — 7 years ago
