Spectacular!! What an accompaniment to the best Wagyu steak I've ever had. Honey & ginger glazed carrots, truffle infused triple cooked chips, garlic bulb and spinach with garlic & lemon. Topped off with Foie Gra on top of the steak. — 11 years ago

Great sell, sold the bottle for $500, my guest paired it with foi Gra & A5 Japanese Wagyu.
Aromas of ripe blackberries and bay leaf emerge with notes of mocha, spice and vanilla. On the palate, layers of cherry, plum and dark chocolate entwine with notes of cinnamon and spice in a long finish. Built for the long haul, the wine rewards decanting and a little time to open up. — 10 years ago
